Rob is a USEF licensed "R" judge in Hunters/Equitation and judges throughout the country. Rob has been judging horse shows for over a decade.

Since 2020, Rob has developed a partnership with Sidelines Magazine not only writing his monthly column, but also being a part of the cover-story and several podcast interviews. Rob writes frequently for various equestrian publications.

The United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA) is the second largest equestrian organization in the country. Rob has been working with USHJA since 2016 in many roles ranging from full time staff, part time staff, and currently holds a consultancy role.
